Is Annalise having problems with music and videos pausing automatically on their phones

Hi @usersb5ue3gG8f. I need you to provide more details, such as phone model, and OS version. Also, do the videos/songs pause in the background or foreground?

First can you try booting the phone into safe mode, to see if the problem stops.

1. Hold power button 

2. Long press Power Off

3. Wait for safe mode prompt

Go to settings and search for Smart Stay. It detects if you're looking at the phone and will pause video if your eyes look away from the screen. Turn this off and try it for a while before doing anything else more drastic.
