I have 2 samsung galaxy Ao3s phones and neither work properly. The first one keeps shutting off out of nowhere. This makes the second time. The first time I couldn't get it to come back on for 4 months. My current one just suddenly freezes. And the youtube app is acting very weird.

Every time I leave the house and other places my A03s stops running. And I have to restart it to work. Why is that?
