Other Mobile DevicesMy samsung A10 has just recently started rebooting randomly, sometimes in a short amount of time and long amount of time. I have scanned for malware, tested the phone with a new battery, freed some space and deleted apps but nothing has changed. I wonder if the firmware is the problem and if a factory reset would help but only as a last resort

Try booting up your phone in Safe mode to see if the problem is app related. If the problem stops in Safe mode try clearing the cache for ALL apps. If Safe mode cant help you identify if its 3rd party apps then Id say back up your phone and Factory Reset the device.
