Hello,

So I have a SAMSUNG A41 mobile phone that, when headphones are plugged in, the volume wont go higher then 60%.

Solutions I have tried.
1. Disabling media volume limiter. Tried having it on and off. No luck.
2. Tried different headphones.
3. Restarting phone.
4. Going into recovery mode and wiping cache.
5. Booting into safe mode.

All the above solutions I have tried, but the volume will not go past 60%.

My phone is up to date with the latest software version for the device!
Phone Model number -  SM-A415F/DSN

Thanks in advance for any help.
John

Have you tried Factory reseting the phone? That usually makes everything go back to well... it's Factory settings.

If all else fails if you have extended warranty or if it's still in warranty I would take it back to up the location you bought it from and tell them you'd like to file a claim they typically will send you a "new" phone. Not a new phone but one that more than likely let's you turn tunes up to100 😉.
