I am incredibly irritated and disappointed, first, you did not provide the label, I went to UPS store only to waste my time. Called again and I got a label, I went to UPS first time in the morning and I could send my earbuds and case. When I received the tech support acknowledge the ticket was changed to "in-warranty" to "NOT in warranty". When I told you that I had my invoice from Costco from Dec 21st 2020, you changed the reason saying that the warranty does not apply because the case has physical damage. It had no damage at all!!
I am still on the phone with you, waiting for more than an hour for a supervisor. I am a Samsung user for everything, but if this is the way the honor the customers and warranties I will change provider.
