Good day everyone. My newly bought Samsung A14 phone suddenly started going low battery too quick. I later realized the battery is swollen so I took the battery out. I replaced with new battery. I try to switch it on but it’s not working. I put it on charge too and I only see the battery sign and the charging sign but it doesn’t charge. Help me please
@Soowoo1 Just wondering why you didn't return the new device to the place of purchase and ask for a replacement. Since you did a repair, I think the only recourse is to take it to a service center and have them repair it. It won't be covered under the warranty.
