Hi. I hope you can help. My A40 switched itself off this morning - it's never done anything like this before. I've searched for ways to try and fix the proble, forced restart and even restoring to factory settings, but whatever I try, the screen stays black. The phone will buzz as if it's restarting but no logo appears. Has anyone got any ideas? Richard
