Samsung A50 Finger print not working

Hey guys, need your help!

I have noticed that my finger print sensor isn't working, i was not using it for the past months since December update. getting an error as shown below. 
 
my battery also drains faster than usual. 
 
I haven't drop my phone, never been over charged, 
nor brought to a local service center. 
 
- Steps taken
* Reset network settings 
* Factory data Reset
* clear cached partition 
* security patch updated to the latest one
* no software update yet available currently running on android 10 version (A505FDD6BUA8) Screenshot_20210220-062236_Settings.jpg

Since none of the troubleshooting steps helped any even after a factory reset, I would recommend the device to be evaluated by a technician. You have an option to visit a UBreakIFix repair center or you can private message a moderator to send the device to our service center. Just a heads up, make sure the device is fully backed up before the evaluation.
