Samsung A52 - text notifications

Two problems.

#1 - Group text custom notifications - GONE

As of a few days ago, I can no longer change the notification ringtone on any of my group texts.

The option has simply disappeared from the menu on my group texts, and I can't find any other option. 

#2 - Details on pop-up text notifications - GONE

As of yesterday or today, all that pops up is "New Message" whereas before, it showed the name of the sender and the first portion of the text.

What is happening to the A52 OS??

Same with A32. Custom Notifications gone in group chat. And just says message instead of who and what even with " detailed " selected in settings.
