I did the cleaning of the charging port, factory reset the phone and this problem is still persistent. Could it be a hardware issue?

Do u use night mode on ur phone

I do and I've encountered the same issue (on and off) - even after the phone has been sent in to have the sub board and an internal cable replaced. Why do you think night mode might have something to do with it?

Solution;

I took my phone to the technician and he changed the charging softboard, and the phone returned to normal
