You are aware that I want to replace the display for My Samsung A50s and as suggested by you I visited the service center in Bhubaneswar.
Firstly I was not issued a quotation. After I gave my phone for repair they told me to fill the form. At the time of filling the form they told me to pay the advance for repair. I told them to give quotation I will pay the entire amount. While making the payment they forced to to pay cash. I told them I do not have cash, I will pay by credit card. Then they told they don't have swiping facility and also asked for to pay 2 % extra if payment to be made by card.
The above experience in service center was neither expected nor appreciated in any manner or at any cost. Also, this experience led me not to repair the phone as well as not to buy any samsung phones hereafter.
