I have a Galaxy A20, and I don't have any authentication checks in place on the app (Unlocked Phone and Smasung Pass disabled). The app constantly disconnects and then asks to Verify Identity. I am connected to the same wifi, and the method of connection is wifi. Is there anything that can be done to solve this, otherwise, this app is useless.
