If you do not see, the screen recording icon on the Quick Panel, then here follow the steps:

• Swipe Down from the notification panel to see the Quick Panel.
• Tap on Edit icon that is normally the 3 vertical dots.
• Thereafter, a floating Menu will get displayed. Click on “Button Order”.
• Now, look for “Record Screen” option and drag it to add it in the Quick Panel.

It's probably because it's a low budget phone. In a cure for that is just a download one of the screen recording apps from the play store
