I purchased 2 brand new Samsung Galaxy A03s phones and both of them with the Samsung factory adaptive rapid chargers will only charge at 680mA. I use the app called Ampere to test the charging. This phone is advertised as having rapid charge? It should be charging at 1800mA not 680mA. Any body have this same issue or have a remedy for this? Under battery settings, there is no toggle to turn on for "Rapid Charging" either! Help!

I don't think the A03s come with fast charging capabilities

On my A02s it's buried deep. Settings > Battery and Device Care > Battery > More Battery Settings > Charging > Fast Charging.
Mine was set to OFF when I got my phone. Hopefully your 03 is similar.
