Unfortunately, your suggestion to reset did not work either. 

It just reset the whatever availble buttons to their original ordering

If you have carrier version of the phone, then the OS does not have that in the notification panel. Only factory unlocked phones have that, and I bought the factory unlocked from Best Buy.

 

Metro PCS is a T-mobile brand, and T-mobile when testing OS, they do not add it or they take it out. So it isn't Samsung, it is the carrier that removes it. My S7 Edge was that way from T-mobile even after getting it unlocked. Factory unlocked devices do not have those limits except slower updates, last after all carriers get updates.
