My Samsung Galaxy A32 phone's screen suddenly shut off yesterday and hasn't come back on since. The phone is still working---it vibrates and makes noises when receiving a notification or phone call---but I can't wake it with the power button, by double tapping, or with lift to wake. I have a new device, but I need to transfer the A32's files to this new phone. I tried using a USBC multiport adapter and hooking the phone up to my TV with a mouse and HDMI chord, but nothing came up. Any suggestions on how to get this system to work or otherwise recover the files? Thanks.
