Samsung Galaxy A42 One Ui 5.1 issue

After the One Ui 5.1 Update (Since March 10, 2023)  After the One Ui 5.1 update, the phone sometimes freezes, and it shows 4 zeros on the top left corner, and lock the screen. This keeps happening and the security updates did NOT fix this problem. I had the phone for 2 years and how do I get it fixed?

Samsung only has a one year warrenty, so unless you have Samsung Care or phone insurance, you're on your own for the repair cost.

I had my phone repaired at asurion because my screen cracked, and the diagnostic passed but still the same. I'm just gonna upgrade soon anyway.
