This is a warning about the spiderweb of an absolutely terrible company. Where one hand does not know what the other is doing.
I bought my son a galaxy watch for Christmas 2019, $300. Recently he cracked the screen. So I started the process of figuring out how to get it repaired.
*From the website getting help for wearables is almost impossible. They can only be repaired by Samsung. No local business repairs them.
*They have canceled 3 different repair tickets.
*They sent the watch back when they were not supposed to.
* When you call, you call a foreign country and I have struggled to understand strong foreign accents.
* They are in another country, then they have to call the repair center in Plano TX. I'm usually on hold for 30 minutes.
*I have been been cut off numerous times and had to call back
* Now I am working on my 4th repair ticket
Nobody ever knows what is going on. One hand does not know what the other is doing.
I am at the end. I would not buy another Samsung product ever. And nobody in my immediate family will either. @#% worst company ever@#$%
So just decided I'm not going to repair the watch. Chalk it up to a learning experience.
