Samsung Notes not updating

Is anyone else having an issue with Samsung notes not updating I get this message over and over any tips on how to fix this

have you tried restarting ur phone lately?? really I've had to do this b4 and that was all it took to clear up the bull clockery..so have at it and if not.tey clearing ur cache & cookies. Yea I tried that lots of times it must be the new update for notes welp I guess ill have to wait till they fix it with a new update smh lol
