Hi,

I have been trying to fix my phone or have someone fix it for the past month. My phone provider is ATT and they said they can't fix it since its a software issue. My phone update mid sept  and after it rebooted it has a access denied symbol where the cellular signal supposed to be. I took it to a 3rd part repair shop and they saw in the logs that after it updated it is showing access denied and that the hardware works fine since the wifi works with out any issues. So I was wondering if there is a way to reinstall or uninstall the issue.

I have tried

1 Factory Reset

2 Network Reset

3 Cache Clear

4 Hard reset or power off and  restart

Curious as to why your subject line says SIM card issue, but it appears in the body of the message that you're saying it's a software issue.

If it is a SIM card issue, have AT&T replace the SIM card?

Ah ment software not sim card. Att has already swapped sim card. It shows up fine and everything but software part of the sim card shows it denied access for it to send a signal
