Was the device dropped or have any type of physical damage. That can be the cause of some of the issues If so. If not you can try to factory reset the phone to see if there is any difference. I'd suggest backing it up to Samsung cloud and pictures to google photos before hand. Call 1800 Samsung if issues persists.
I just find that when I connect my phone into a charger the colors become okay and home screen is back to normal. But if I disconnect it same problem happen. What maybe the cause?
