Hi, Community and Samsung team,
I have seen hundreds of the post with the same issue with Sensor Cover falling off and adhesive leaks. It happened to my watch on 20/09/2020. It may be because of the sweat cause I was hiking on Mount Snowdown so sweating and rapid movements of the hand involved.
However, Samsung is claiming and advertising that the watches could be used while swimming as well; hence I would say it is a clear breach of consumer policy and false advertisement.
Looking at other posts Samsung is asking for money to get it repaired which is very unethical considering the poor build quality and false advertisement.
I bought the watch just over a year ago hence may be out of warranty period. However, I would like to get some help from Samsung here considering I am a loyal customer of Samsung and used its products for the last 10 years and given them the business of thousands of pounds so far.
