I did a factory reset on my Samsung SM-A500G.
Since, my Samsung account has got locked. When I try to add account to my phone it says processing failed.
I changed the password and it does not contain any special charactors.
But, if I open a browser on my PC or Phone and try to login, it is successful.

I have the same issue with Note3 and its been a month now and nothing happens. any help will be appreciated.
OK. For whatever it is worth, try this.
Sgn-in to your Samsung Account with your PC
Change the password. Dont use special characters. Only Upper and lower case letters, numerics and limit to 8 characters.
Wait for 24-48 hours and try to sign-in with your phone.
