Samsung account sign in processing failed after factory reset on galaxy A3 2017

Hi everyone,

I have an issue regarding my Samsung account . I reseted my galaxy A3 2017 SM-A320F so that I can register new Google and Samsung account with it . But after reset which was done using the option given in setting by entering proper password and all of my old account , it gives me processing failed error if I try to create a new account or sign into my existing one. Also if I skip it and use my phone without logging onto Samsung account and I try to access Samsung account online page on chrome or any browser it gives error of not finding the page . Also now I can't even sign in with the old account.

I am in India and I am unable to access Samsung support (India) although I am able to access samsung support of NZ Etc. Please look into this problem and find me a solution .
