Screenshot trouble and Bixby won't respond

For about a week now, my "Hi Bixby" command won't work on my European A51. I am also unable to take a screenshot using power/down-volume combination. Please help!

Try going to settings/general management/reset/reset settings

select reset settings, and confiirm choice
