There might be, although the steps that Samsung_HxhW0u8 posted are the correct steps to take a screenshot. You are always welcome to search the play store for compatible apps.
I'm using an app developed by Samsung. I installed it using the galaxy store.
The name of the app is One Hand Operation +. I use it for screenshots every day.
It allows us to place handels on each side of the screen individually or one on each side. We can change the transparency, the height and width and place them anywhere along the edge we choose. I have one on the right side that I swipe left to take a screenshot and I have one on the left side that turns the display off and locks the phone. It has a long list of actions we can choose for each handel.
I hope it is compatible with the A10e.
I used have the exact same issue. I would either lower the volume or bring up the power menu.
Samsung sent an update that lowered the time to take action and I haven't had any problems taking a screenshot using the hardware keys since then.
I also had palm swipe to take a screenshot turned on.
Today I use one hand operation+. I turned off palm swipe and rarely use the hardware keys anymore.
It can be difficult to press both keys simultaneously especially when using different phone cases. Sometimes it's just hit or miss.
