I have the Samsung galaxy a12 running 3.1ui and android 11, and yet I don't have any secure folder or any access to good lock. I was wondering if any one else has this issue. Or is Samsung not interested in putting these two features on this model of phone???

From Settings, search for and select Secure Folder under Biometrics and security, and then tap Secure Folder.

I have done exactly that, and it is no where to be found. I'm thinking that since this is such a low end phone that Samsung left it off to save costs
