Hey there, if the steps listed in the thread above did not help I would recommend putting your phone in safe mode to see if there is a third-party application causing a problem. You can put your device in safe mode by following these steps:

  1. First, completely power off the phone or tablet.

  2. Power on the device and when the Samsung logo appears, press and hold the Volume down key.

  3. If done correctly, "Safe mode" will display on the bottom left corner of the screen. If "Safe mode" does not appear, repeat the steps above.

  4. Once you're in Safe mode, you can remove the third-party app that is causing issues.

  5. To exit Safe mode, simply restart your phone or tablet and it will reboot normally.

If your camera behaves normally while in safe mode you would need to go through your most recent apps and disable or uninstall any that were downloaded when you started noticing this happening. If your camera does not behave normally you would need to have your phone evaluated by a certified technician, you may have multiple options depending on where you are located. You might be able to visit your carrier, there may be a local uBreakiFix location near you or you can always send the device into the service center. If you would like to send your device into the service center you can always message any of the moderators here or you can call into 1800SAMSUNG

Did you check this post? Look for a picture of the quick panel setting "sensors off".
