Hello,
I have Samsung A5 2017 for about 3 years already. This year I started experiencing shutdowns when I still have battery life remaining. But when I try to power it on, it shows the battery depleted.
I went to Settings and checked the battery usage. As you can see based on the screenshot below, the last time shutdown happened the battery went from around 45% to complete battery drain in a very short time. It does not appear there is an app thatvis capable of draining battery so fast.
What is the issue?
