Software Update Galaxy J7 Crown/Privacy Issue.

My phone notified me of a software update, and now, my phone is saying it has linux on it. I feel like my privacy is being violated and this new software update is really un-user friendly and I would like to know how I can downgrade back to version 8.0. Can someone please help me?
