The secure folder is COMPLETELY absent

I've used the app on my old phone, but I can't find any way to turn it back on, download it, or anything

Searching doesn't show it

It's not in quick settings

It's not in biometrics

> Settings > Security and privacy > Secure Folder

If you don't see the Secure Folder icon on app screen, swipe down to access the quick panels. Look for "Secure Folder" and turn it on. If there is no such button, tap 3 dots at the upper right and "edit buttons". It should be in there to drag it down into the quick panels.
