There's a shadow box on my wallpaper.

Not sure what's going on with my phone. The shadow box is only there when I'm on the home screen and app drawer. When I open an app or have the phone locked and turn on the lock screen, the shadow box is gone.

What's wrong with my phone?

It looks like it could be a widget. It's likely not a display issue since you don't see it all the time.

Ok. Just restarted my phone and it's gone now.....?????....... crazy

Restarts and clearing the phone cache partition thru recovery mode can help clear up many bugs or cobwebs.
