I'm an Iranian account, and my government has avoided to change hour (ahead of hour) in begining of spring, but our gadgets (android) automatically set their time +1 hour! However, we wont to change manually this in our phones/other devices.
So, please make an update for Iranian's devices to get back this setting, or maybe change hour.
