To me l interpret the lack of a charger as Samsung just being cheap and thinking that they can get away with it because of Apple but in reality it's of no impact to me..
cutting cost through this sort of thing allows wiggle room for Samsung to do more with the saved money. Tho not always, the companies do spend the money on R&D and lowering device cost.
This applies not just to Apple or Samsung but others who do similar things.
