Can anyone help?

Traded in my old a3 2017 for a52 5g. They have offered £100 in trade in for  which is fair play. But then...

After a while contacted trading team how is my trade in coming along.

They told me my device is blacklisted. After exchanging multiple emails i told them it is network locked to EE but not blacklisted. Sent them copy of multiple reports that device is blacklist status: CLEAR.

They are saying otherwise and treathning to take it to police if i do not undo a Blacklisting from it.

Can anyone suggest what to do.
