Two of my contacts can't receive my texts or phone calls, reply simply states that call blocking is active

It may be a problem on their end if other contacts get!!! Ask the contacts that don't get to check their phones as they may have inadvertently blocked you

There's at least one contact who I can Send a text but her texts I can't receive. We can call each other so her number isn't blocked. Why only some numbers

I've been working on this problem for a long time. Talked to my phone provider. It's not lack of signals.
