I'm absolutely gutted! Used to be able to schedule texts... well now I've upgraded my phone during the night.. I have now learnt I cannot schedule any texts!?. so I now have to set an alarm to try and get the text sent at the right time!! Are you sure you've upgraded it? Truth is I feel you've down graded it!! I and millions off others rely on scheduling texts!!?? So can't be just myself frustrated by this x
Not sure what phone you have, but the s22 plus running Android 12/4.1 has scheduled texts. While in the stock/Samsung messaging app choose a contact and then the plus button (see screenshot). Hope this helps.
Some phones now load Google Messages as the defaul massaging app. If you're using Google Messages, switch to Samsung Messages. I schedule text using Samsung Messages all the time. Don't know if Google Messages allows you to do that or not.
