USB Device Not Recognized Samsung J337W

Hi Everyone 

I have a Samsung J337W phone. I can't connect the phone with my Car screen and with my Windows 10 computer. I have changed the USB cable 3 times with no luck. In my windows computer I am getting this error message : 

"USB Device not recognized. The last USB device you connected to this computer malfunctioned and Windows doesn't recognize it. "

What could be the solution?
