Unable to change language back to English

After spending 2 weeks in Morocco, my phone will not switch back to English. I reset it once, but no longer see the option to change the language

It's in Moroccan, so I guess he can't figure out what to click to change the language.

If your not able to read the language, have another device to translate what you're reading to figure out which areas you need to switch it back.
