Unable to remove Samsung account on second hand device

Just got this Samsung galaxy phone at a yard sale but can't remove the old owners Samsung account from the phone.  Old owner can't be reached so how can I remove his account and replace it with mine  ??  Please help

Don't factory reset. You need them to sign out of the account for you. The other option is to reflash the device with Odin using the stock firmware.

Already transferred my accounts before I realized his Samsung account. No memory card yet to transfer info to so I can factory reset

Don't factory reset. You need them to sign out of the account for you. The other option is to reflash the device with Odin using the stock firmware.
