Will the Galaxy A11 work with Consumer Cellular if I purchase it unlocked?

If Consumer Cellular is a CDMA network, then no it will not work.

I believe it is both CDMA and GSM according to their web site. It also states that "it may work with GSM smartphones from other carriers." So I'm not sure.
