You can try connecting via a USB-C to HDMI cable. You have a low end phone though, so I'm not sure that the A14 5g has the necessary hardware to make it work, but the cable is under $20, so it may be worth a try.

Thank you ,I appreciate the feedback ,but I have tried that as well ,so I was told maybe a hdml-hdmi,cord ?

Your phone doesn't have a HDMI port, thus THE USB-C to HDMI.
