app notification categories in settings deleted

why does it say in my app settings that x amount of notification categories  are  deleted

no i didnt stI'll ll have apps starting to say that and certain deletion numbers getting higjer

I can see how this issue can be frustrating. It depends on the app they are using, if you have a group message in the stock app it shows as a category, if you delete that category it shows as deleted
