Different versions of Bluetooth can be enabled in developer settings. Go to settings then about phone then software information now tap on build number until it prompts you to enable developers option and put in your code. Once you do that at the bottom of your settings menu click developer option now scroll down to Bluetooth codex and pick available desired codex

Other Mobile Devicesi cant change to any of those options in the list. nothing happens when pressing on them.

It only highlights when it's available and supported. Try connecting via Bluetooth play your file and try to change during. Of it won't then you will know it's not supported
