Re: galaxy a50 stuck on startup samsung screen

just because im not sure where you purchased the device i say... Honestly, I would look into any warranty you have may have or depending how long you have had it see if whatever retailer you purchased from would just do a swap. This is the least stressful way to take care of from experience. ive researched and probably tried it. too much of a hassle. if its stuck on a boot loop and and won't let you into the bootloader just cut your losses and save the time. Things like this happen from time to time and really can't be explained. I really hope this helps you decide what to do.

Re: galaxy a50 stuck on startup samsung screen

I would recommend wiping the cache partition on your device. The system cache partition stores temporary system data. It's supposed to allow the system to access apps more quickly and efficiently, but sometimes things get cluttered and outdated, so a periodic cache clearing can help make the system run more smoothly. Give these steps a try:

  1. •    Turn off the device.
  2. •    Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Bixby key, then press and hold the Power key.
  3. •    When the Android logo displays, release all three keys.
  4. •    An 'Installing system update' message will show for 30 - 60 seconds before the Android system recovery menu options appear.
  5. •    Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
  6. •    Press Power key to select.
  7. •    Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, them and press the Power key to select.
  8. •    When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
  9. •    Press the Power key to restart the device.

Do you have the fingerprint sensor turned on in your biometric settings?

I would recommend turning your fingerprint sensor off and testing your device to see if you continue to experience these symptoms.

Re: galaxy a50 stuck on startup samsung screen

Thank you for following up. If you turn off the fingerprint sensor and you no longer experience these symptoms, the device would need to be diagnosed by a licensed technician in order to evaluate the cause of the symptoms.
