low battery temp issue

got the note 10 in feb 2020 an don the 3 april it popped up saying battery temp to low will resume charging when temp returns to normal had the issue for ages now and still wont charge had go and spend money on new phone not happy at all would like a reply to solution yo fix this

Im having the same problem but Samsung wants to charge me to repair because my warranty expired 2 months ago. Its ridiculous
