"Your phone has been updated" message won't go away from Galaxy A13 home screen

Usually I just swipe away notification after unlocking the screen. There's no way, no option to clear it and trying to swipe it away doesn't work. Does anyone know what to do?

Need to click on message then OK at the bottom.
