software MAJOR bugs on a71 after 3.1 UI update

I have a71 already updated to the last version 3.1 ui

before updating it was running on 2.5UI with amazing condition and features so fast now after the last update I am facing major bugs on network connections and touch sensitivity so slow condition  ,what is happening samsung ? please fix this MAJOR BUGS ASAP.

It is recommended to submit an error/log report when experiencing these issues using the following steps:

1.      Download Samsung members apk from Galaxy store (If not already downloaded)

2.      Open Samsung members app -> log-in with Samsung account -> Explore -> press “+”sign

3.      Add frequency /issue description -> send

How did you get the update to 3.1?
I'm stuck on 2.5 and when I check for updates, it tells me there is no update. Carrier is ATT. Plz help
