Hello, We know how frustrating it is when your phone has multiple issues.

Have you tried clearing the cache partition?

1. With the phone powered off, push Volume Up + Power button until the SAMSUNG GALAXY A51 5G logo shows up.

2. Release all buttons and choose Wipe cache partition. Use Volume buttons to scroll down and the Power key to accept it.

3. Then, you should to confirm the whole process by the Yes position.

4. At the end select Reboot system now by using the Power key.

You can also test the phone in Safe Mode to see if there is a 3rd-party app affecting the function of the phone. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062983/

A final troubleshooting step is to factory reset the phone. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062029/

If you continue to have issues with the phone, we recommend having it evaluated at an authorized service center. You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location

For assistance outside the U.S., please use this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite.html
