What type of trouble are you having with your unlock pattern?. If you are in fact locked out of your device you can either log in to https://findmymobile.samsung.com/ with your Samsung account if one was set up. There is an option to unlock your device. If this doesn't not work you can contact a local Samsung authorized service center like Ubreakifix to see if they can do an frp unlock for you. With this option you will need the original purchase receipt for your device.
Just to clarify the pattern you set up for your phone is not unlocking it is that correct?
